Consequences

Failure to appear or answer to the court may result in a warrant being issued for your arrest. A $50 fee is incurred on each offense when a warrant is issued. If you failure to appear, you will receive a Class C misdemeanor offense warrant, which is added to the state’s criminal database. Once the arrest warrant is issued, you are subject to arrest by any agency that confirms the warrant for your arrest. An arrest warrant will remain active until the fines and fees have been paid or a bond has been posted for your arrest.
